Application procedure
Apply for the completed documents. An application number will be given on the same day of application. The procedure will be completed once the application number is given.

Examination
After filing the application, the design will be automatically examined.

Notice of reasons for refusal
If the examination finds a reason for refusal, a notice of reason for refusal will be sent to the applicant.

Rejection response
To overcome the reasons for refusal, we will deal with it with a written opinion / amendment. It’s an important task to get the rights you want.

Registration / rejection assessment
In case of registration assessment, go to the registration procedure. In the case of a decision of refusal, you can apply for reconsideration to the acquisition of rights by a referee.

Payment of registration fee
If a registration assessment is made, you will receive a copy of the registration assessment. The registration fee must be paid within 30 days.

Registration
The registration procedure will be completed upon payment of the registration fee. A gazette will be published and the rights will become official.
